Viewing document details

The details of each document in the Publisher queue can be viewed to see other information than what is displayed on the Queue page.

To view the details of a document:

1. Open the Publisher queue as described in Viewing the Publisher queue.
2. In the Action column of the document for which you want to view details, point to the icon until the down arrow appears, click the down arrow, and select View Details. The Details window opens, listing the properties of the selected document.

To view the process log:

• Expand Process Log in the Details window.

To copy the process log information to the Clipboard:

• Click the Copy Process Log icon. You can paste the information into a technical support issue form or email to aid with troubleshooting.

Tip    If you want to view the details of multiple documents, leave the Details window open and repeat step 2. The details of the other document will appear in the Details window that is already open.

3. When you are finished viewing document details, close the Details window.
